FMCSA Reportings

As we service the transportation industry as a whole, we report to the FMCSA to ensure the carriers and brokers we investigate are compliant with the FMCSA's regulations for operation.

The mutually beneficial relationship we have forged with the FMCSA allows us to stay up to date with brokers and carriers whose authorities are set for cancellation, allowing us to inform our clients of the pending revocations, allowing them to manage their receivables accordingly. In exchange, we report our findings of violations of the FMCSA's regulations, allowing swift action against the violators of the regulations, thus protecting the overall transportation industry.

Unfortunately, not everyone adheres to the regulations mandated by the FMCSA, leading to issues such as double brokering scams and unpaid carriers. Early detection is paramount to stopping these companies who abide by their own regulations.
